MBA, Title Agent
Dalisse Dittmar, a Miami native, relocated to Fort Walton Beach with her family in 2017. After receiving her Bachelor's Degree in Marketing and Spanish from the University of Florida in 2005, she went on to receive her MBA in Marketing and International Business from the University of Miami in 2007.
Growing up working for her father's medical malpractice law firm, Dittmar & Hauser, P.A., Dalisse found it only fitting to obtain her Paralegal Certificate from Gulf Coast University in 2010 before venturing out to join her husband during his career as a Major League pitcher. During this time, the couple welcomed two beautiful children, to whom Dalisse devoted the next ten years.
Title Assistant
After receiving her Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice from Florida Atlantic University in 2011, Karol went on to receive her CAMS Certification (Anti-Money Laundering) from the Association of Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialists (ACAMS) in 2016.
Since then, Dalisse has worked on training Karol in the ins and outs of the title industry, assisting with residential and commercial real estate closings, title insurance claims and policies.
