Dalisse Dittmar
MBA, Title Agent
Dalisse Dittmar, a Miami native, relocated to Fort Walton Beach with her family in 2017. After receiving her Bachelors Degree in Marketing and Spanish from the University of Florida in 2005, she then went on to receive her MBA in Marketing and International Business from the University of Miami in 2007.

Growing up working for her Fathers Medical Malpractice Law Firm, Dittmar & Hauser, P.A., Dalisse found it only fitting to obtain her Paralegal Certificate from Gulf Coast University in 2010 before venturing out to join her husband during his career as a Major League Pitcher.

During this time, the couple welcomed two beautiful children, to whom Dalisse devoted the next ten years to.

Karol Gage
Title Assistant
After receiving her Bachelors Degree in Criminal Justice from Florida Atlantic University in 2011, Karol then went on to receive her CAMS Certification (Anti-Money Laundering) from the Association of Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialists (ACAMS) in 2016.

From this time, Dalisse has worked on training Karol in the ins and outs of the Title industry, assisting with residential and commercial real estate closings, title insurance claims and policies.

Sara Lewis
Title Agent
Originally from Maryland, Sara started in the Title Industry in 1999. After relocating to the Emerald Coast in 2011, Sara continued her career with a local Title Company. She earned her Florida Title License in 2015.

Sara continues to focus on Investor and Residential transactions, forming strong relationships along the way. In 2020, Sara, her husband and three children relocated to Milton, FL, and she is now working on Investor and Residential transactions in Pensacola, Pace and Milton.
